*MARYLAND MASK MANDATE AS OF AUGUST 1st:

Please Note: WE ARE NOT the “Mask Police” and we respect that we ALL have different needs and opinions.

As of August 1st, 2020, Face Coverings are mandated by the Governor of Maryland to be worn in ALL indoor public spaces, including gyms.  Exceptions include:

  • engaging in physical activities where the use of a Face Covering is likely to pose a bona fide safety risk
  • due to a bona fide disability or medical condition, it would be unsafe for the person to do so
  • to the extent wearing a Face Covering would impede communication by or with persons who have a hearing impairment or other disability, where the ability to see the mouth is essential for communication
OUR STANCE ON WEARING A MASK WHILE EXERCISING:

The World Health Organization states that masks SHOULD NOT BE WORN during exercise, WE AGREEIf you are uncomfortable while wearing a mask during exercise or you feel it is a safety risk, that is your decision and you are responsible for your personal well-being.  We ask that you be respectful of other members space (and opinions) and do the best of your ability to follow the guidelines and the mandate.  At no time will the employees of BCF24 ask you to put on a mask, however, you may be in violation of the Governor’s Order. We will do our best as an organization to prevent the spread of disease and abide by guidelines and mandates, HOWEVER, we will not force any of our members to do anything against their freewill.

Thank you. We are in this together.
