I really enjoy the atmosphere here. Granted I go early in the morning or for the evening classes, but the instructors are awesome. Bathroom/shower is always clean too. They also offer a lot which is nice if you are like me and get bored with the same old workout.

If you’re a beginner and just starting out then 3-4 times per week will be enough to see results and allow you to adjust.

You’ll be sore some days, so allow yourself recovery days between training sessions at first – over the course of the following months work up towards 5 days per week if you want to maximize! Sign up today!

Our program accommodates all ages and fitness levels with easy integration for beginners. We provide varied and engaging workouts for fun and progress. Workouts are intentionally planned and published in advance for your specific fitness progression. Daily full-body sessions combine strength training, weightlifting, cardio, conditioning, and bodyweight exercises to enhance overall fitness. Sign up today!

Each class is 60 minutes and led by qualified coaches. We always start together with a warm-up designed to activate the muscles being used in the workout.

The coach will brief the group on the workout, the movements, and the proper form. During the workout, the coach will be guiding and providing instruction.

HOLD POLICY

Month-to-Month Membership Agreements and Annual Membership Agreements: You may place your Membership on hold one (1) time per calendar year for up to three (3) consecutive months. Advanced notice of at least two (2) weeks is required. A hold fee of $5 per month will apply. The hold must be 30 days in duration at a minimum and 30 days must elapse between holds. Upon expiration of the term of the hold, your account will automatically become active and payments will resume. Should you choose to return prior to the end of their hold period, the hold will be released and payments will resume.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All membership agreements require 30-days written notice to cancel your membership. This form will serve as your 30-days written cancellation notice. Note that if you have a scheduled renewal payment within 30-days of your invoice billing date, the payment will be processed as scheduled. Your membership will be canceled at the end of your final paid month. All payments are non-refundable. All grandfathered membership rates will also be forfeited and returning members will be subject to current rates.
