Strength

Bench Press (10 Bench Press & Max Ring Rows)

Every 3 Minutes for 12 Min ( 4 Sets)

No Break between BP & RR

Add Weight each round if possible. Bench press should be HARD 10

10 rounds for time of:

8 ground-to-overheads, 95 lb/65lb

10 bar-facing burpees

Time cap: 15 minutes
