Minute 2: Dufflebag Sumo Deadlift High Pulls

Minute 3: Max Sec Plank Hold

Clock Doesn’t Stop. Switch Exercises Every Minute.

Total Reps after 18 Minutes.

Count each second in a plank as 1 Rep.
