5 min row @ ~70% heart rate

5 min airbike or ski @ ~70% heart rate

After Barbara, you’re gonna want to flush, unless you’re sadistic and love to be sore. That’s what this is. An easy flush, you could go a bit higher or lower than 70%, but do NOT push this hard. Focus on your breathing, and letting the muscles work out all that build up from the workout.
