You’ve admired dancers’ bodies, admit it (we all have). Barre combines Pilates, yoga and ballet moves to give you beautiful, sculpted, lean muscles – without the impact and injuries dancers endure. Set to upbeat music (to keep you motivated), our 60-minute class starts with a warm up then moves into sequences where participants may use free weights or various exercise such as push-ups and planks. Focus also shifts to bicep, tricep, shoulder, chest and back muscles. The series of ballet barre or floor exercises focus on the thighs (inner and outer), calves and core– which we then stretch. Similar to yoga but emphasizes your body’s core-the abdomen, obliques, lower back, inner and outer thighs, butt and so on. Pilates develops much of what exercisers need-strength, flexibility, muscular endurance, coordination, balance and good posture-with a much lower chance of injury than with other forms of exercise. The discipline emphasizes correct form instead of going for the “burn” and with so many different exercises and progressions you’ll never be bored. Class available in 60 minute format. More like a dance party than an aerobics class this workout includes moves inspired by ChaCha, Salsa, Reggaton, Rumba and more and no dance experience is necessary. This is a super fun, low impact class for those not looking to be intimidated by those higher intensity workouts but still want to stay fit and sweat! This class goes beyond the benefits of calories burned and muscles gained with proven results. Participants have proven to gain range of motion in troubled joints, have drastically improved endurance for normal daily activities, as well as, an increased sense of balance and strength.
A versatile, butt kicking workout. This class is a strength/cardio interval class. Members will use various pieces of equipment and a variety of different exercises designed by the instructor to maximize the allotted time under tension. Average calorie burn: 700 cals/hour

Participants utilize the barbell and focus on lower weights and higher reps for maximum muscle building/toning. Because participants can change their weight selection based on needs/goals and can take breaks when needed, this is a great workout for all levels and progress with any fitness level. Push. Pull. Total Body Strength is a 60 minute total body conditioning class focusing on strengthening, sculpting and toning, while using a multitude of training techniques. Body weight exercises, cardio bursts, and lifting with barbells and dumbbells are used in this class.
