Scaling Options:

-Less Weight

-Less Reps on Chest-to-Bar or Double Unders.

-Chin Over Bar Pullups

Challenge yourself today. If you can get some CTB pullups, do them, just cut the reps back. Same with the Double Unders. If 50 take too long, Cut the reps to 25 or Max Reps in 60 sec.
