Trimming The Hedges (9 Rounds for time)

3 Minutes Alternating for 9 Rounds :

RD1) 400m Run

RD2) 30/25 Cal Airbike/Row

RD3) 20 Russian KbS + 12 WtD Box Stepups 53/35
27MIN CLOCK.

Begin a Round Every 3 Min. Score is Each Round for Time.

The time domain of these intervals makes them tough to pace correctly. The goal for each interval is to finish by/before the 2:00 mark. To achieve this, be at 85-95% effort throughout, with breathing to match. Work to keep each individual movement consistent across all rounds. Russian KbS & Box Stepups should be unbroken & smooth on every round, but with tight technique. Expect it to be very difficult to hold pace in the final round, but push through, get uncomfortable, and make it happen.
