to do this workout as prescribed (RX) the jump ropes must be unbroken.
It’s ok to scale up and do Double Unders and the lighter snatch if that will be best for your fitness.
Get out of your comfort zone and work a little harder. Being comfortable with being uncomfortable is how progression is made.
