6 Sets of the Following Complex:

High Hang Squat Clean + Hang Squat Clean + Squat Clean + Push Press

High Hang Squat Clean + Hang Squat Clean + Squat Clean + Push Jerk

High Hang Squat Clean + Hang Squat Clean + Squat Clean + Split Jerk

All 12 repetitions are meant to be performed without putting the barbell down. One set every 4 minutes (0:00, 4:00, 8:00, 12:00, 16:00, and 20:00). Score is heaviest complex completed across the six sets.
